Banana Nut Protein Pancakes by Kirsten Buck from Bucknaked Paleo. Tastes so good, you would think its a cheat meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- two eggs
- one medium ripe banana
- 1.5 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- one scoop Rootz Protein Superfood
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- mix all ingredients in a blender
- cook pancakes in a pan approximately two minutes per side until golden
- enjoy!
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- sliced banana
- cacao nibs
- maple syrup
